I would like to recommend your product to anyone like myself that has pushed the wrong button at the wrong time. I accidently deleted over 20,000 e-mails from my Mac at work. In my panic I surfed the internet for a solution, and found Subrosasoft Filesalvage. The price was less than the two or three other programs I found, but the interface and information on the website convinced me to try it. It turns out that recovering e-mail from a Mac is not as straight forward as it could be, and once Filesalvage had worked it's magic flawlessly, I still needed to perform further steps to import the files back into Mac mail. I e-mailed your tech support, and got a very prompt, and helpful reply. The real deal was that Filesalvage had done it's job, and my additional problems were really not your problem. But instead of sending me on my way, your support tech gave me clear instructions on what needed to be done, and even sent me a link for a shareware program that I needed to do it. That is what I call going the extra mile!
